The Fehlig Group is committed to “moving the needle” in corporate responsibility. We’re crafting a space for companies of ALL sizes can engage.  Both large companies and small to medium enterprises have a powerful role in corporate responsibility, and benefit from a forum to share experience.  Join our forum to express your unique voice and let’s “move the needle” together.

The Fehlig Group’s Discussion Forum is devoted to businesses of ALL sizes where discussions based on common values can lead to actions on appropriate scales.  Collectively, our contributors  harness the power of storytelling. The forum creates an environment where people can share stories, be inspired, ask questions, and build community. We seek innovation, diversity of thought, and accessibility for businesses of all sizes and types. Our team is inspired by the stories we’ve heard from Main Street, and think you will be inspired too.

For small and medium enterprises, resource sharing works differently than for big corporations. It’s less likely to happen in a board room with staffers and more likely to happen in conversations with other small businesses. Yet, the time and presence required to manage your business makes it challenging to collaborate. Our online forum solves that challenge — the important conversations will come to you.

Large companies eager to engage their small business suppliers in corporate responsibility to to advance their goals face challenges.  The forum provides a meaningful connection for large companies to  understand small to medium enterprise challenges and opportunities.

When you join us – whatever the size of your business –  your voice and your ear will help to “move the needle” in corporate responsibility. The Fehlig Group’s Discussion Forum hosted on Linked In provides you 24/7 access to like-minded, business leaders living their values and provides a place to share the opportunities and challenges faced along the way. The Forum is setup for optimal convenience at a place you already visit, LinkedIn. It’s not another social network, association, or membership. Use your existing LinkedIn account to get updates from the forum, and enter a space to talk to business leaders navigating challenges like yours. Let’s get this conversation going!

When it comes to corporate responsibility, Mary Fehlig and her team have had an “ear to the ground” for 20 years. Pulling from experience, subject matter expertise, and familiarity with key actors, The Fehlig Group (TFG) will provide access to informational and relational resources on this site.

A wide range of resources will be made available to support learning of interested companies, advancing TFG’s goal to help you “put your company’s values into action.”

What’s the catch? Instead of providing “right answers” or off-the-shelf tools, The Fehlig Group Resources page will be developed in response to the interests and needs of contributors. We believe that information is most useful when delivered in response to a specific request. In that spirit, the Resources page starts with you. What information do you need to get started, or to move further on your corporate responsibility path? Resources will go beyond publications to include materials from past client work, conference recommendations, links to cross-sector partners, sponsored events, guides, and connections to other business leaders. Our hope is that contributors will be resources for one another, and we invite you to join the conversation to learn more.

We’re going to be listening, making connections, and offering resources to help your business on its own path. Only you know what your questions are…The Fehlig Group’s LinkedIn Group is the place to ask.
